Eloïse Gagnon, the founder and CEO of Power Player Academy.

My name is Eloïse Gagnon, and I'm the founder and CEO of Power Player Academy.

Contrary to my current level of success, I wasn’t born with the innate ability to influence people, and I certainly didn’t always have the confidence and presence I now exhibit on my TikTok videos and Instagram Reels.

In fact, like many people, I grew up shy, timid and crippled with self-doubt. I avoided most social interactions—including family gatherings.

My lack of self-confidence negatively impacted me, causing me to miss out on innumerable opportunities in life.

I wanted so much to be someone. 

I wanted to have a great career and be successful in business, speak in public effortlessly, walk into a room with ease and confidence, and strike up a conversation with anyone.

Things began to change when I went to law school. I started learning the skills of confidence and public speaking.

I landed a dream internship in a top law firm and worked with the toughest lawyers. 

They taught me how to read a room, how to read the people in the room, how to position myself and how to deliver a knock-out closing argument. 

For over 20 years as I worked as an international business lawyer, I practiced and perfected these skills every day. 

Co-founding multi-million dollar businesses, stepping up as CEO and leading high-performance teams taught me another layer of what it means to be a good communicator and a good leader.

We teach you how to stand up for yourself and become assertive, we teach you how to create instant rapport and build trust, we teach how to become a powerful leader and communicator. But what we don’t want is for you to use this knowledge against other people. If you’re here to learn how to “fool” people into thinking you’re a genuine leader, move along. This is not the place for you.

You want instant gratification

Every skill, strategy and pattern we teach, will work for you… if you do the work. If you aren’t willing to do the work, to practice, to implement, to tweak and make your own, please don’t join. We want to work with committed individuals that care as much about their own future success as we do. Leadership, good communication, presence and confidence are not something you practice once. It’s the result of what you do every day.

You aren’t ready for a mindset shift

This course is about being able to see the world through new eyes—to be able to see the possibilities that exist in every situation. It’s about understanding and accepting your weaknesses, working on them, and improving yourself. It’s about noticing when something isn’t working and making changes accordingly. If you aren’t ready for that kind of change, this course may not be right for you just yet. But trust us: it will be worth it when you do get there!

YES! Having great mentors and coaches is the #1 reason for my success. That’s why I made it an integral part of PPA. I want you to succeed! Mentoring/Coaching is the missing piece in many “formal trainings”. I wanted PPA to bridge that gap: unparalleled training AND mentoring and coaching to execute at the highest level.  PPA not only offers weekly group mentoring and coaching, but all sessions are also recorded and made available in the Member’s area 24 hours after the sessions.

It is up to you when you start. You have all content and any future updates for as long as you are a member. You can also download the workbook at any time to help keep you accountable. The live group coaching sessions are also recorded and made available in the Member’s area.
